Ocean plastic includes plastics made from waste
such as old fishing nets that would often end up in the sea.
Instead of disposing of them unused, people are encouraged
to collect this waste and make it available for sustainable production processes.
After being cleaned, the plastics are processed into granulate,
which serves as a valuable raw material for new,
environmentally friendly products - an important contribution
to reducing waste and protecting the oceans.
Collecting at sea
Fishing boats and coastal
communities are encouraged
to collect old fishing nets
and other plastic waste
from the sea and coasts.
In this way, plastic waste
is controlled and fed back
into the value chain before
it further pollutes

Conversion
The collected
plastics are
thoroughly cleaned and
processed in special
facilities into high-quality
plastic granulate. This
granulate serves as a new
raw material and forms the
basis for the production
of sustainable products.
Reuse
The finished granulate is
then processed in our
production to create new,
